When we talk about confident women, there are many things in their character that are alike. Take, for example Malala Yousufzai or Oprah Winfrey – What is it that make these women so unique and sparkling? What is it that they share in common? And what makes them so memorable? The answer to all these questions lies deep down there character – what they are made of!
These traits which I’m going to discuss with you today are of course not exhaustive but a result of my years of experience working with some of the most successful women business owners. So, without any further ado – let’s quickly get down to my list!
1. They Never Gossip
This one is my personal favorite. Successful and confident women never waste their time discussing people. What move them are plans, aspirations and dreams.
They believe in this quote from Marie Curie,
“Be less curious about people and more curious about ideas”
2. They Never Doubt Themselves
Hesitation is not known to confident women. You’ll hardly see them second guessing. They know their strengths and do the thinking before they take decisions not after that.
3. They Never Follow Trends
Confident women are known to break rules – this doesn’t mean that Malala violates traffic rules but the fact that that these super-women are trend-setters themselves. They know what they want and how to get it…
4. They Are Usually Hard to Convince
Confident women are least likely to believe on anything blindly. They do their own research and have their own understanding of things. They have the ability to see beyond the wall.
5. They Are Not Crowd-Pleasers
When you do things to convince or please other people, you are usually lacking in confidence. Confident women have the inner strength and are always ready to face the fiercest of opposition.
6. They Never Regret
Since they back their abilities, have a solid plan and look at bigger picture, they don’t bear the burden of regrets. These women are fearless and never back down from their decision. In fact, confident women are risk-takers, which make them more successful.
7. Failures Doesn’t Equal Defeat to Them
How about an idea of failure further motivating you towards your goal? This is actually what happens to these fantastic women. They are the ones who can tell you how many times Henry Ford failed before scoring it big! (Three to be exact).
I am sure there are many other qualities that make these women so special. Do you want to add to the list? Don’t forget to comment below.
