Let’s be real here.

There are times where I am absolutely afraid to do something.  One thing, in particular, is pressing that “Go Live” broadcast button on Periscope.  (If you don’t know what Periscope is, it is a live streaming app that helps you connect with a broader audience.  Think of it as if YouTube were to go live.)

I always speak on confidence, being courageous and being fearless.

But, let me explain something.

Being fearless does NOT mean being without fear.  It really means that you act on fear LESS, take action and just go for your goals.

That means when I hit that “live” button, I still feel all of the feelings that come with anxiety, shortness of breath, nervousness.  All of it.

But I don’t quit.

I don’t look at that Go Live button and say I’m not going to do it.

I look at that Go Live button and commit to seeing my broadcast through, no matter how

fear

is making me feel at the moment.

So in that moment I decide to kick fear in the rear.

Right

where it needs to be.

And now I want to help you do the same.

Do you need to have some strategies to make you feel fear LESS when it’s time to press that Go Live button?  Let’s work on some easy-to-do strategies together.  Click here to get started today!
